Returns

Need to return something?

If the item is really not suitable we will be happy to accept a return as long as we are informed within 7 days of your intentions and the item is sent back to us in its original packing and in a saleable condition within 14 days of receiving it. The cost of the return postage will be at the expense of yourself. It is in your best interest to return goods using recorded delivery because we will not issue refund until goods have been received by ourselves. Refunds will be issued same method as payment. If items are returned damaged or not in a saleable condition we reserve the right not to issue a refund.

Damaged Goods

If you have received your item damaged please email us along with photographic evidence immediately so we can assess it.

Returns - faulty goods

If you feel that a product is faulty, please advise us immediately. Please follow the same returns procedure as above, but do not return the item to us until we have contacted you about it. We may ask you to send the item back to us. If on inspection we find the goods to be defective, we will refund the purchase cost of the goods and postage to you. We reserve the right to seek the opinion of the manufacturer of the goods or another knowledgeable party, prior to a decision being met if it is not clear that the goods are faulty or have been damaged due to misuse or neglect.
